What’s your return, remake, or cancellation policy?
Because each piece is custom-embroidered, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once stitching has begun. If there’s an error on my end, I’ll gladly fix or remake the piece at no extra cost.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times vary by project, but I’ll give you an estimated completion date when you order so you know exactly what to expect.
How do I place an order?
Right now the easiest way is to send me a DM on Instagram or Facebook. We’ll talk about your item, colors, and design so everything’s perfect before I start stitching.
What’s included in the price?
All prices in my blanks catalog include a monogram and/or a simple motif.
Can prices change?
Yes — if you’d like a more detailed or complex design, pricing may increase. I’ll always give you an updated quote before starting your order so there are no surprises.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! I can ship finished pieces right to your door. Just let me know your address when ordering, and I’ll calculate the shipping cost for you.
